induction-day 2

da masuk hari ke 2..rumate yg join diet ni da bising2, penat lah apa lah...tapi Alhamdulillah aku masih kuat..so resepi hari ni
breakfast- telur dadar+ sosej separuh+kobis+sesudu mayonis
lunch- sup ayam+sayur kangkung goreng
dinner- telur+sardin
air yg byknya
workout-skipping moderate 15 min
